700/month for no pool, broken gym and laundry equipment, ugly buildings, mold galore, outrageous heating bills, unhelpful, deceitful and unfair landlords. Not enough parking, trashy exterior, idiotic tenant allocation (put one non smoker with a building full of smokers) right next to a major roadway...oh and the non refundable 300-400 dollar pet fee. Whee.
