Horrible. These apartments are located in the worst location imaginable. The owners are evil and conniving. They will haggle terms and conditions of contracts, which are actually non-negotiable. They will also only use bits and pieces of the contracts as they see fit, when they see fit. Calls and letters seem to conveniently disappear when they don't want to deal with an issue. Their main concern is your money, and more of it. For your own sake, please do not look to rent here.

This place looks beautiful and the apartments are nice but it's hot, noisy, crowded and the management is incredibly unhelpful. They'd rather get rid of the old tenants to make way for new ones who will pay higher rents. I lived here four years--every time I need something (maintenance, lease renewal terms etc) it has taken three or four phone calls and weeks of waiting. Save yourself the trouble and live somewhere else.
