Dan is so unfriendly and unresponsive. The only time when he was nice was before we signed the lease. After that, he was only in a hurry and maintenance was a pain all the time we needed it. Not recommended at all! I rented from fall 2014 through spring 2016. ...

Super place, quite, fast maintenance. Mostly graduate students and professionals with some retirees. Good price and management is very responsive. I rented from fall '08 through spring 11.
