Trying to find a parking spot after 6 pm is insane. I am sure that there are more residents than there are parking spots. They do tow if you park in a carport without renting it. The management is very poor, not on the ball at all.

I rented from winter '07 through summer '08.
I paid monthly rent of $655 during fall/winter for a private room.
