very bad neighborhood. High crime area and no onsight property manager or security. Cameras posted,but useless

These people are horrible! The management is extremely rude. They leave hateful notices on everyones doors all the time threatening and intimidating people. I locked myself out of my apartment after hours and the night manager curtly told me I must have been drinking or I wouldn't have locked myself out, I hadn't been drinking by the way, and said she would charge me 60 dollars to walk over and open my door or I could call a lock smith.

I rented from fall '05 through winter '06.
I paid monthly rent of $505 during fall/winter.
