The manager and management company are awful. They allow huge dogs the size of a pony. If you have a howling dog around you, the manager won't do anything. the apartments smell like sewer gas. My A/C made the apartment smell like mold. Lots of spiders. Don't do it, you won't be happy.Go to a better place. The manager has all of her weird friends living there, it's like a little cult. Weird and scary place.

I rented from summer '05 through winter '06.
I paid monthly rent of $500 during fall/winter.
