Don't live here. There is a utility fee they won't tell you about until you come to sign the lease. This fee, they tell you, is for water and gas to heat the water and is based on usage by building. That is not true or the less occupied buildings would be charged less, which we are not. There is poor insulation, people play their spanish country music at all hours of the night and drink in the parking lot. The management won't fix anything unless you make a big fuss. The office is never open, there is never anyone there when you need them. Right now someone in my building has had water running for the last 54 hours straight and I can't get a hold of the office and there is no emergency number on the lease, but I'll bet I still have to pay my share of that water. Those prices of the utility fee were quoted to me at $33 a month, I have been paying on average $45. Don't tell me prices have increased, gas has gone down 9% overall. Don't live here, you'd be better off in a box. If it didn't cost 3 months rent to break the lease, I'd be gone.
I rented from summer '06 through spring '07.
I paid monthly rent of $525 during fall/winter for a private room.
