HOLE IN THE WALL , TILE PILING OFF IN TUB, ELECTRICITY PROBLEM, AND BURGLARY PROBLEM

I paid monthly rent of $450 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $450 during spring/summer for a private room.

overall, its not a bad place to live. the way the apartments are arranged with a fireplace make it hard to arrange your furniture, the main pool could use some work with proper draining and the standing water that makes it difficult to enjoy sometimes. good place for dogs and the access to the highways is nice (less the construction that may inhibit your ability to access them). not a bad place, there are WORSE! Trust me.
