Appliances from the 70's. Electric averaged over $70/mo. Dishwasher didn't clean, garbage disposal stinks/broke, washer/dryer don't wash or dry! Force you to get a Garage. Bad layout, bathroom in kitchen! Landlords don't care if somethings broken, tell you to fix it yourself (even the washer/dryer!?). Wouldn't recommend.
