Minnesota winters are cold (it's -15 right now) and our apartment will not heat above 60 degrees. The maintenence person has been here twice and told us there is nothing else he can do, and the property manager basically told us to stop whining. The manager will tell you anything to get you to move in, but many of her statements are all talk turn out not to be true.
