This is a great appartment complex, with a little pool, hot tub, ... everything could be so great if only, only, the controling management lady would go away.
Can't do this can't do that. the bottom line is when you pay 1000$ for an appartment a month in an appartment that style you want service and not a control frea..... that manages it.
The parking lot is underground and cleaned. and if your car is there when cleaned it will be towed. Nice, ... that's what I call service.
Oh and when you leave, they will charge you a harm and a leg even after you cleaned. 200$ to change a light bulb, ... oh really, ...
Bottom line is MAKE SURE JAMMIE IS GONE if you want to rent there and you will LOVE that place. Especially the pool in summer, 100% south.

Just the worst controling management lady (if lady is even the right name for it)


I rented from spring '03 through spring '04.
I paid monthly rent of $860 during fall/winter.
