I have lived at "The Bluff's" for over 2 years and hate it. Since December 2005 there have been 3 property managers. If they can’t get staff to spend 40 hours here why would you want to live here?

I rented from winter '05 through spring '08.
I paid monthly rent of $657 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $668 during spring/summer for a private room.
