Zach blames everyone and everything for problems. I had problems with water leaking into my apartment and he waited two weeks before dealing with it, and even then it wasn't handled right and rain water leaked in again. He also waited three weeks AFTER the legal deadline for mailing back security deposits. Watch out for scams with carpet cleaning costs and cleaning. I know for a fact they don't clean apartments for new tenants, so don't let them charge you for cleaning when you leave because they don't do it. Huntington is a joke, and Zach would make a good slum lord. They are used to dealing with dumb college kids that don't know their rights. BE CAREFUL. Oh, and overall the apartments were big but had problems with mold, bugs, and parties all the time. Also, they hardly ever clean the halls or entry ways. What a joke. SO GLAD I moved out.

I rented from fall '07 through summer '08.
I paid monthly rent of $630 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $600 during spring/summer for a private room.

Very nice place to live, but just like all college apartments, they will rent to anyone. Be sure you know what building you will be living in before you sign the lease, there seems to be a high population of non-college students, and the noise level in those buildings is very loud.
