I have very little money & have had to live here for several years, so I know what I'm talking about when I rate this place. Except for the huge number of dead trees, the grounds here are really nice. Of course they do that to attract potential tenants, not out of pride. The clubhouse is nice but the inside of the buildings are CRAP. They NEVER, EVER do improvements to the apt themselves, only the exteriors of the buildings to improve sales. The apts & inside of the buildings are filthy, full of bugs & spiderwebs, LOUD & there is NO storage area at all, other than the pitiful storage in the apts themsleves. My building has eight 2-bedroom apts, and we all have to share the 1 washer & dryer in the nasty basement. It is so dark & filthy that I never go down there. Rather haul my laundry elsewhere than deal with that. Management is very smooth at letting you know that you have NO rights whatsoever and they could care less about you. They always use the excuse that they "can't help it" like it's not their fault that things are so bad - so sorry, you just have to deal with it. Of course they get away with it because they know the poor people who live here can't afford to hire an attorney and sue them for being the slum lords that they are. BTW I am actually a nice person & would not write a bad review just for the fun of it. The management here has NO respect for how long I have been here and will jump at any opportunity to take the upper hand & take more money. Don't even think about being reimbursed for anything or getting treated well. They have ONE priority and it's MORE SALES. Oh and the current manager lied to my face. In order for me to renew my lease, I made her look me in the eye and PROMISE me that I would get new carpet to replace the 10 year old toxic junk that was in my apt. She looked right at me & promised & then never came through. Oh but she's "so sorry..." Yeah right. ...
