This complex is cheap for a reason. It is loud and not sound proof at all. You can hear everything your neighbors say or so. It is unsafe. Our neighbor smokes a lot of pot and the police are always banging on the door for him. The front door locks are broken so ANYONE can get in and last week we found a used drug needle in the lawn-nice. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE
