Underground parking! Close to the mall, and not far from Central Campus. It's also on the bus route. Very quiet, apartment and common areas in good repair. Has a pool and fitness center, tennis courts. There's a gas fireplace you'll never use and a washing machine in the units. However, not much in the way of social life with the neighbors, so you have to go elsewhere for that. I'm happy with it.

Not bad. It's near downtown A2, and close to the mall.
