On the lease, they say you need to pay for carpet cleaning and it's NOT taken out of the deposit. After moving out, they asked for the check then after 2 months I finally received my deposit back with the carpet cleaning taken out "again". Going on 4 months now and after many letters and phone calls they just claim I don't know how to balance a check book. I paid my rent on time for 2 years and never late, not a single day and they say I don't know how to balance a check book? Also, too many drugs, a lot of noise and my car got broken into once and the lady next to me was murdered, which they never found the person yet. On the good side, the maintenance people keep on top of things when they need fixed. Kudos for them, not the management office. I rented from fall '09 through winter 11. ...

human waste fro mthe apt above me flooded my bathroom....they water there lawn in 100 degree weather from 10 am to 4 pm.... and then your water bill goes up.. that's just too minor issues!!!!
