Spacious, nice view of pond. I like to sit on my deck in good weather to eat meals. Safe location. 10 minute walk to the bus stop. Free bus rides all over Grand Rapids for students. Problems in the apartment are taken care of. Downside, non of my friends live here. But there are fewer college students which means no noise problems.
