Hardly any noise from next door neighbors, parking is at a bit of a premium. I just don't think the apartments are in good enough shape to be worth the price. Two of the burners on my stove didn't work, and were never fixed. The washer frequently left rust stains on my white clothes. The linoleum floor in my bathroom was cracked and filthy. This sounds really negative, but I did like living there. It just really isn't worth the high price.
