I totally agree, Crossing place is the worsts place you could chose to live not just because the the staff & manager ignores their clients/residents/students, but also because the rooms are so cold during winters,. Rooms were dirty when i got in. You can't live confortably in the appartments since walls are very thin, you can hear any conversation on the other side/roomates/swetmates.
NOt satisfatory your own experiences will tell you.

I paid monthly rent of $415 during fall/winter for a private room.
