2900 place is an amazing place to live, love their location and amenities, planning on living here for as long as I live in east lansing! I rented from fall 2014 through fall 2015.

The management is terrible since the recently got bought out. they have broken our lease numerous by entering our apartment without warning. We had a hole in our bathroom ceiling for 3 months, and numerous repair requests have been ignored numerous times. The management pretty fascist, especially concerning the "appearance" of what you may or may not have on your balcony. The apartments are WAY overpriced even for a college town, and the amenities such as pool and exercise room are of such poor quality to be practically useless. I highly recommend not living here. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...
