The location is perfect being so close to campus. I feel safe there, however the walls are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbor says! The only other complaint is that there are no windows that open. It is a nice apartment complex, close to everything but still feels like your own space. ...

Arbor lofts are very nice apartments-- for college students. There is usually always noise in the hallway. When moving in, the apartments do not appear to be cleaned. Some apartments during the summer do not have air conditioning. They are a bit pricey for what you get. ...
