this place is crap they dont fix anything and they think that they can scam us college students some bulidngs dont even have parking and the bathrooms are even more dicusting than you can imagine. i live on the second floor and everone one the floor at one time sat outside for 6 hours waiting for matenance to fix our air that didnt get fxix for 1 week and it almost reached 100 out side I rented from spring 10 through spring 11. ...

The apartment itself was terrible the walls were covered in whitewashed barn wood that look and smelled terrible, water/heating was equally as bad. Overall a very poor apartment I rented from summer '09 through summer 10.

I lived at the complex for 2 years and in 2 different apartments. They charge too much for their OLD apartments that usually have black mold in them and take FOREVER to send out a security deposit refund check. The water takes about 5-10 minutes before it become hot. You can't control the heat in the apartment which means that the apartment is usually freexing!! Don't get drawn in my the big tv's that you sit too close to (which you are sitting no more than 5 feet away) or the fish bowl sinks, which are hard to keep clean. The furniture that they provide gets re-used and becomes uncomfortable to sit in. In the end, if you like just wasting money on a place to live, choose this complex. ...
