It is the worst management I have ever dealt with in my life. The office staff is simply unprofessional, incapable of doing the job and unwilling to assist. It was almost impossible to talk to a superior/manager to file a complaint against them. They are misinforming the tenants, they are rude and all they care is to get the money, not to provide comfort and quality services in return. I've been a tenant for almost 4 years and I know what I am talking about. Find a place that is not owned by Harvest Properties. Good luck! I rented from winter 2012 through winter 2017. ...
