When we moved in there were fleas in the carpet and we left when they refused to clean the mold in the bathroom. It was awful, we are pretty sure our neighbor sold drugs too. Not very nice people. I rented from summer '09 through winter 11.

Absolutely dreadful place to live. This place is so shoddy looking, so absolutely disgusting, I wouldn't recommend you house any living creature in there. I rented from fall '04 through fall '05.
