I love my apartment but am not crazy about the community. Recently, some loud neighbors moved in. I have also been a victim of a random vandalism. But, for the money, it is a nice place.

I rented from winter '05 through summer '07.
I paid monthly rent of $355 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $395 during spring/summer for a private room.
