It’s the nicest apartment I have ever lived in! The manager (Sabrina). Is super friendly and always gets things done. We have lived here several years and all my neighbors like her. It’s so quiet here.

A great place to live with friendly management who are always willing to help when you need it! If you want peace and quiet, though, you're better off in the library. The walls are very thin and there's always one apartment full of loud people that carry through the entire building. On a good note, it's close to campus, and especially convenient if you're an art student. The only other thing about this place that I wasn't too happy about was the snow situation- they might plow the road and parking lot three times during winter, so you're often stuck or having someone dig out your car with you. Quality of life may be severely deteriorated depending on whether you have noisy neighbors such as a horrible rock bank living upstairs

Not a bad place to live if you have quiet neighbors. The walls are paper thin here. I can clearly hear the conversations from the people living below me as if they were standing in the room with me. Definitely not a place to live if you want to study or do homework. ...

Wow!!, definitely the best apartments around. I highly recommend Hidden Lane Apartments for any Edinboro student looking for a place to stay! :)
