I have lived here almost a year and have had no big problems. The maintenance wasn't bad if you called during business hours but if you had an emergency problem, they will tell you its not an emergency. I came home late one night from work to find hundreds of ants in my kitchen and spreading across my carpet but it wasn't an emergency to them. Also the windows have gaps so there is an excessive bug problem in the summer months, and some of the bedrooms don't really retain heat or A/C. However, I haven't run into any problems with the landlord or staff, they have always been courteous and nice. There is also a friendly staff of security guards who will give you several warnings before calling the cops and will even let you use the pool after its closed. Parking isn't bad, except on weekends if you come home in the late evening you may have to park a little further away than planned but its nothing you can't live with. Other than weekends you can always find a spot close to your apartment.

This place at first seems too good to be true, but honestly i cannot wait for my lease to be up! I am looking forward to moving more then i am for staying the rest of the year here! At first this place doesnt seem too bad, but the management here is horrible!! that is the main reason i hated this place soo much, they screw you out of your money!! I would defently reccomend finding somewhere better!!..i havent talked to anyone that lives here more than one year!!!!!!!!

Overall...VERY VERY disappointed. They will find ways to make you pay fees!!
