You will hear every noise your neighbor makes; coughing, sneezing, walking, music, laughing, even using the restroom. And this comes from left, right, and above you if you get that layout. I've been moved 3 times now and it's the same in each spot. The appliances are straight out of a cliche 70's movie, the maintenance men will enter your apartment whenever they feel like it, and they only plow the parking lot once per month in the worst winter conditions. It's also built on top of a nature preserve, so get ready for lots of bugs and spiders. The Orkin Man just doesn't help at all with that many bugs.
