If you decide to move into these apartments then you better be sure that you either don't have a car or you have full coverage on the one you do have. Parking here is the biggest problem. People bring their friends over and then let park in other people's assigned spot overnight even though there is visitor parking. the problem has gotten so bad that people's cars are being keyed because tenants are tired of not having their assigned spots available when they get home. You have to pay extra for more than one parking spot but you aren't guarenteed to have it available when you get home. People are assigned spots so that tenants have a spot as close as possible to their building but people who don't even live here have been parking in tenants' spots and the office won't do anything about it! So you better hope that you don't have to park in someone else's spot for too long or else you'll be the one that pays even if you have no choice. If you live on the top floor of an apartment you'll feel like you could possibly fall through the floor. You can feel the floor bend beneath you as someone walks across it. if you live on the bottom floor then you can hear everything that goes on above you. you can hear the floor creek as the people walk above you. I'm scared my things will fall through the floor someday. Thinks break and they will blame you for them even if it was something that was just simply a malfunction in wiring. Someone tries to break into your home and if you have a pet then it will be your pets fault no matter the size. You will be in for a lot stress a majority of the time you live here, if you decide to move in. this is your warning. Save your money go somewhere else. be smart.
I rented from summer '06 through summer '08.
I paid monthly rent of $525 during spring/summer for a private room.
