It's ghetto. Its tenants are ghetto.

I swear on all that is holy a year ago someone blew a car up in our parking lot. You could probably obtain the information from the local police department.

The management is stupid. They over charged me three months in a row then tried to tell me I was short on rent and claimed I owed them past due rent PLUS a late fee.

I had lost my mail key eight months ago and requested a new one because I was expecting VERY important results in the mail about blood work I had done. They took two weeks, TWO WEEKS to finally get me a key and they were going to try to charge me for it. I called every day and every day they said they'd get it by tomorrow.

So here is the kicker, this is the whole reason I am typing this.

They tried to evict me for paying my rent. That is right. I had paid my rent and had a receipt and they tried to claim I had never paid the amount owed. They never offered a warning just an eviction notice giving me seven days to pay. I am currently trying to resolve the issue and am in contact with a lawyer to see what my rights are.
