It was great, I love the premium flat style that I currently live in! The pool, hot tub, gym, bus stop, and town centre are my favorite. The apartment itself is very clean, well-kept, and stylish. Would definitely recommend!

My apartment was a mess when I got there. Yet, they had told me they cleaned it all out. Also, there were tons of mechanical issues such as the shower was leaking. The sink was also leaking. We had to have maintenance over at our apartment five times and the issues were not being fixed. Also, when they came in and we were gone, they always left with the door unlocked even though it was locked when they got there. ...

48 West is a great place to live if you are a lively person who likes to socialize. But, there are also many nights where it can be quiet and you feel peaceful. The amenities are great here and the staff is very helpful and friendly!

They came into our apartment and took our cable box for no reason. We have asked for it back but it’s been weeks and they haven’t returned it. The environment is a nice place but inside the apartments needs a lot of maintenance. Our dryer is broken, almost all faucets and the dishwasher leaks, plus the fridge and cabinet space is way too small for four people to share. This complex has no closet space so things look cluttered. ...

I was very excited to live at 48 when I signed my lease. But now that I have lived here for awhile, I am not as happy as I had hoped. The maintenance staff is slow with work orders, the office staff looses mail/packages, and the common areas/buildings aren't cleaned often. I like the apartment set up, but the negatives out weigh that. ...

Amenities are beautiful. Bus stops right in the middle of the complex so very convenient. Maintenance is kind of hit or miss on how long they take, how well they fix the problem, etc. Staff tries to be helpful but often times they just don't know the answer. ...

I loved living here. It is very close to campus, and there are a few cool food places right nest to it. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11.
