Excellent cheap place for GVSU students. There can be a lot of noise. The bus stop is very close (2-10 minute walk, depending on which building you're in) and the bus is free for students! Several friends also lived there, one who's car was broken into in front of her apartment. Administration is fine, except for one younger woman who is very moody. If there is a problem in the apartment, the administration is glad to take care of it, and quickly.
