I stayed here for 2 years and liked them a lot. There is a lot going on in the fall and I would recommend trying to be in the first few complexes since the last few do not have a basketball court and there is less people to socialize with unless you like it a little more quite. The apartment are actually in good condidtion considering who lives in them. The walls are ok insulators but neiboors with loud music can be annoying at 2:00am. Overall I enjoyed them.

I rented from fall '05 through fall '06.
I paid monthly rent of $300 during fall/winter for a shared room.
