These apartments are older, but they're being renovated by new owners & management. My apartment was freshly painted and had new carpeting throughout. Maintenance issues are quickly resolved. New kitchen sink, counter and cabinets were installed just before I moved in. All apartments are 2 bedroom and spacious. You can sign a one person lease. High Speed Internet, Water/Sewage and Laundry are included. Electric and cable bill are the only utilities that are extra. Heat is electric, so no gas bills. The management keeps the parking lot plowed in the winter. Leases are based on the FERRIS STATE UNIVERSITY school year and run Aug-May. You have the option to stay through the summer at a very reduced rate. There is NO central air conditioning. Walls are thin so neighbors need to be considerate. These apartments seem like a better environment for the more serious student.

I paid monthly rent of $500 during fall/winter for a private room.
