The building looks remodelled but the floors and ceilings are caving in because of old foundation. Apartment is quite seeing as it is mostly college students. Safe enviorment but high prices. I rented from fall '08 through summer 10.

Nice place. The management has it going on!They seem to be a enviromentally caring company that cares about the building and the people. My flat was clean and roomy compared to what I had in the past. The handy guys are really nice and are very responsive I ha a dishmachine that broke and they fixed it right away. The office is open it seems like all the time and the lady is was really thorough when I moved in. This definately is not a party place so don't move here if you are thinking that. My neighbor was loud once and the guy in the office was right up and delt with it in what I would say a more than stern way. It was affective cuz it's been silent ever since.Overall I think it is a great place to be. I rented from spring '08 through winter '09. ...
