Nice and quite. My complex is half 20 year olds and half 30 plus. Being so close to 131 or 96 makes it a great location. The grounds are kept up and are very nice. Price is a touch more then others but I think the quality makes up for the extra $30 or so a month. Plus the only utility I pay is electric. I had a 2 room on the upper floor.
