They are very big apartments and have a nice fitness center and two pools. However, the management is awful and they raised their rates big time in the two years we have lived there. There is very poor communication between the leasing office and their residents. Crime has also been a concern as of late. My car has been broken into and there are frequent visits from the cops into our complex.

+++spacious apartments, big windows, lots of closets. ++Ample parking, 2 pools. ++Right off washtenaw at 23, bus stop on washtenaw. +Gas cooking stove. +Laundry in bldg. (-)Sometimes repairs take a long time.
