THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! The management are sweet as sugar when you move in, but find every way possible to bend you over when you move out. They are condesending, all the way up to the regional managers. They are rude, lie, and don't tell you things like in your lease there are carpet fees and painting fees totalling up to 500.00 or more that are automatic. I've never seen them NOT replace carpet, so there's 300.00 you're not getting back right off the bat. Dick Williams is the regional manager, and he is the biggest a hole i've ever talked to. He is arrogant and rude, and i hate the fact that i ever moved in here. The maintenance people are inept, forgetful, and generally unhelpful. Save yourself the greif, no matter what the prices are, DON'T MOVE IN HERE!! Believe the bad reviews, and save yourself from all the HASSLE and RUDENESS!!!!
