This is what you expect from SAM CASSAR in adams lake apartments, pay more than one month Deposite, taking care of their property, PAYING EXTRA 25 DOLLARS BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE LEASE PRICE and then 5 months struggling with leaks since January 2021 I have videos and photos to proof and not fixed yet until July , then insects, spiders, worms and bugs coming out from broken ceiling and Michelle in the management office will tell you that's NORMAL. You are allergic and it's a life threatening situation they don't care, a SAFETY Hazzard situation like a slippery floor in the bathroom make me slip and was about to break my neck STILL DON'T CARE. I covered the ceiling with plastic bag to divert the bugs and leak to fall in the tub not on my head. Hopefully this non caring and hard times are not because I'm Muslim and my name is Muhammad........... review will be updated again with good or bad ...
