The building is nice, but the management firm is terrible. Manager Gretchen Sleamon will tell you anthing you need to hear to get you to sign the lease. She is a flat out liar and terrible building manager. Don't let the newer building fool you, this place is a total rip-off. Building issues go unaddressed.
