Good for a temporary living situation. I stayed here for school while attending the Eastern Michigan University for two years. It was accommodating and the roommates I was matched with seemed to be a good fit.

-The place is NOT safe, are security guards who don't do much of anything & open walk ways so anyone has access to your front door not to mention useless panic buttons that usually malfunction and go off regularly and on average have the security guard come with in 20min...whats the point of panicking for 20 min? -Matience is timely but creepy = they hit on girls (why would some girl want creeps to know which apt shes in?) -This place has NO guest parking, they actually have their own residents towed by mistake -they try too hard to make "social/penn.-life activities or whatever-but who wants to hang out with their staff? uhm the free foods not worth it-But they have rules agenst apt parties here -About their office staff, this is a national chain but their staff has been turned over like 3 times in the few years its been here- if that's not your first sign, notice how the staff talk to different people, if your a resident they aren't interested-if your looking for a tour well have a cookie (no literally their in the lobby) I rented from summer 10 through fall '09. ...

DO NOT LIVE HERE! The managment here is terrible, they never contact you about anything and end up screwing you over in your rent. The walls are paper thin, I'm constantly having maintance fix something, and the laundry room develops a nasty smell I rented from fall '07 through winter '08. ...
