This complex is NOT sound proof...in fact you can hear the neighbors phone ring and the entire conversation. It is dirty, not well lit, and infested with multiple bugs. Building 10407 has a HUGE roach problem which with moving into the problem a year and a half ago is still not resolved. The building also has ants and bed bugs. MGMT is HORRIBLE! they deny the roaches telling us we have 'light to no roach activity' even after taking in a bag of roaches for them as proof. They do not take college students seriously and will not take care of an issue until you visit the Henderson Webb office and even then it might not be resolved. I do not recommend this complex or Henderson Webb as a leasing company at all!

I paid monthly rent of $865 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $898 during spring/summer for a private room.

Sound Proof and Fire Proof. Washer/Dryer in apartment. Trash pick up outside of front door. If you had trash, just put it outside your door before you go to bed and by the time I left my apt. at 7-8 it was already picked up. You might think the stairway would smell like trash but it didn't. The maintenence was awesome and the grounds were well kept. If there was ever a problem (which was very rare) maintenence was very quick to respond. Apt is close to Merritt Athletic Club, Towson University, Shopping (Hunt Valley and Towson Towne Center) and various bars (The Stil, an Irish Pub, is great).

I rented from spring '03 through spring '07.
