They took half my deposit after I did EXACTLY what they told me to do (repaint the walls) to keep my entire deposit. They would do absolutely nothing about loud neighbors (One was finally booted for trying to stab, yes stab, another. One neighbor almost burnt the place down, at 3 in the morning). They're just there for the money.
