The crime rate is very high, especially car theft. There have also been burglaries and armed robberies. Noisy neighbors are not counseled. Management is in your apartment at least once a month -- sometimes more often. The DO NOT want you there when they visit and there are reports of theft, vandalism and snooping by management during these visits. If a resident complains they are told it did not happen. The location is excellent and they newly remodeled apartments are nice, but if you value your property, safety, and privacy, keep looking.
