Great things: Location, outside parking quality and somewhat privacy.

Bad things: bad security, reported break ins and failure of management to inform renters, rent gets increased yearly at a high rate, management does not respond to requests well, no loyalty appreciation, rent includes nothing addnl pay for water-sewer,electric and gas. Indoor parking available at addnl cost! not a place for long stays --expect to leave after a year or so or pay a lot for it
