This place is overpriced and poorly managed. It is lacking a lot for the price that you pay. The landlord is a jerk and does not care about the tenants. They are so cheap that they shut the heat off despite it being 20 degrees outside. The only cool thing about the apartment is the location: its right near the T as well as some cool bars and restaurants. But there are better places out there, for sure.
