I lived in Cobblestone for a year and was very disappointed in their front offices professionalism. I was shown an apartment I could move into when viewing Cobblestone initially only to be told when I did sign my lease agreement and move in that the apartment I viewed was not the apartment I leased. That should have been my 1st inclination not to move in. Nothing is clearly defined in how they process their paperwork or rent. I was instructed to provided a notice 60 days prior to my move it, I provided an email twice of my notice to vacate the premises after the front office advised me this was acceptable, only to be told when I moved out an email was not acceptable and I had to provide a hand written notice. Detailed are some of the issues I had with the property/unit/parking lot while residing at Cobblestone. 1st is the parking lot there are a lot of potholes and flooding that takes place when heavy rains fall. The potholes are so large you could end up with needing an alignment or worse having a flat from hitting one. 2nd issue the my fan in the 2nd st up bedroom of my unit never worked. 3rd when I moved in the garbage disposal was not operable and was still not working by the time I moved out. 4th the carpet was old and looked as if it had only been shampooed prior to my move-in versus replacing of the carpet, the carpet was very dated and looks as if it was installed in the 90's. I had trouble with the drains in the upstairs bathroom and maintenance had to clear the drain a number of times. Also there was a leak in my downstairs 1/2 bath. They are in the process of attempting to make the property look better from the outside however it does not negate from the fact the units are dated and are in dire need to new carpet. I would not advise any person move into Cobblestone Apartments. I rented from fall 2018 through spring 2019. ...
