This place is extremely overpriced for the value of apartment. For a two bedroom you and your roommate will both be paying close to 700 dollars after utilities. The only main pro is its walking distance from campus

My experience at Hampton Farms has been okay. Going to school while living next to so many people sometimes is an inconvenience.
