Management company is horrible! They charge you for "damage" three months after you vacate the premises. Refused to do walk-through at the end of the lease. Threatened legal action and credit rating damage. VERY unprofessional ~ they hang up on you when you call and they don't do a good job sending out maintenance for problems.
